PEG with different molecular weight has different kinds of physical form. The appearance changes with molecular weight from thick liquid (Mn=200~700), waxy semisolid (Mn=1000~2000) to hard waxy solid (Mn=3000~20000).

Handling
Handling is performed in a well-ventilated place. Wear suitable protective equipment. Prevent dispersion of dust. Wash hands and face thoroughly after handling.
Precautions for safe handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid generation of dust and aerosols. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at places where dust is formed.
Storage
Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Recommended storage temperature 2 – 8 °C
